Pearls for Family Practice
Michelle Grinman MD, FRCPC, MPH – Clinical Associate Professor, Section of General Internal Medicine, University of Calgary
Dr Grinman works as a General Internal Medicine specialist at the Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary, Canada. She has a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a quality certificate from the IDEAS program, based on Intermountain Health Curriculum.
She serves as the Medical Lead for the Seniors, Palliative and Continuing Care portfolio in the Calgary Zone for Alberta Health Services.
Dr. Grinman has an interest in designing models of care that improve access of vulnerable populations to healthcare services. In Calgary she has led the creation of a Hospital at Home program and is part of the working group that is developing a plan for a Provincial Virtual Hospital program.
