This form will create an ECME e-Learning Profile for you and enrol you in the CCFP Exam Pre-course Activity module.

Please note: An ECME profile is separate from the DestinyOne account you used to register and pay for the course. DestinyOne accounts have an 8-digit UCID associated with them.
Have you completed an online or blended learning course on ECME before? If so, you will already have a profile. Follow the directions for Returning Users below.
Still unsure? You can create a new profile and get access to the CCFP Exam Pre-course Activity module by following the directions for New Users below.
- If you get an error that your email address or username has already been used after completing the form, then you already have an ECME profile. In this case, follow the steps for Returning Users below.
