Your completed travel claim forms, with all related receipts and proof of payments, must be received by our CME office by Friday, March 13, 2025, to process reimbursement related to this conference.

  • Any documents received after the deadline date will NOT be processed.
  • You can submit your completed forms during or after the conference to Melanie Planinsic
    • In-person at the conference venue or
    • Send them to Melanie at the following email address: cmereg@ucalgary.ca
  • Scans of receipts are acceptable.
  • The University of Calgary is NOT responsible for the following incidentals: valet parking, telephone calls, movies, spa treatments, mini bar purchases, any alcoholic beverages.
