The Application Review panel is used to monitor application completion and communicate with reviewers throughout the application and review process.
Accessing the Review Panel
Select the Application Review from the bottom-right corner of the application screen.
Navigating the Review Panel
Progress Indicator: Displays overall completion status of the application
Search Function: Use the search bar to quickly locate items or sections
Status Filters and Section Navigation: Select specific sections of the form or use filters to navigate between form items by status
Viewing Specific Items
Selecting an item from the Review Panel displays the related question, reviewer comments/requests, and applicant responses
Communicating with Reviewers
The conversation area allows applicants and reviewers to communicate directly within the application.
Applicants can:
- View reviewer comments
- Respond to reviewer questions
- Explain revisions
- Request clarification
- Provide additional information
Reviewers can:
- Request revisions
- Request documentation
- Provide clarification
- Confirm that issues have been resolved
Responding to Reviewer Feedback
- Navigate to the Needs Revision Status Filter and Select the application item
- Review the comment
- Update the appropriate application item/section
- Upload revised document(s) if necessary
- Enter a response in the conversation area
- Save changes
